About us
A pantry that tastes like home
Being Foodies exists to make honest Indian staples easy to find — masalas ground in small batches, oils pressed the slow way, and dry fruits you would happily serve to family.
Why we exist
Good food starts long before the stove
We grew tired of mystery masalas and oil that smelled like nothing. So we built a catalog around transparency: where it comes from, how it was processed, and what you are actually paying for.
Every pouch and jar is chosen for flavour first — the kind of staples that make everyday cooking feel generous, not rushed.

Milestones
How we got here
A short history — still writing the next chapter with every order you place.
2018
The first jars
We started with a single spice blend and a simple rule: only ingredients we would serve at our own table.
2020
From kitchen to courier
Small-batch grinding, cold-pressed oils, and dry fruits sourced with traceability — packed the same week they ship.
2023
Pantry, nationwide
Today we work with growers and mills across India, keeping batches honest and labels readable.
What guides us
Three non-negotiables
Source with intent
We favour partners we can visit, not anonymous commodity lots. Terroir and season matter as much as price.
Preserve the aroma
Limited runs, quick dispatch, and packaging that protects oils and powders from light and air.
