Being Foodies (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Indian e-commerce store selling pantry staples — masalas, dry fruits, oils, and seeds — at www.beingfoodies.com.

By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent) and you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe
• You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details
• One person per account; please don't share or sell accounts
• Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at hello@beingfoodies.com

An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Until then, we may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Stock outage on the day of dispatch
• Pricing or product description errors
• Suspected fraud or abuse

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any handling fees are shown at checkout, before you pay.

We accept UPI, major credit/debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (for orders under ₹2,500). Your card data is processed by our PCI-compliant partner — we never see or store it.

We try our best to describe products and photograph them accurately, but colours, packaging, and seasonal variations in natural produce can differ slightly from the images shown. Where this matters (e.g. allergen disclosure), we'll be explicit on the product page.

Some products may contain allergens (nuts, sesame, mustard). Please read labels carefully. If you have a serious allergy and aren't sure, write to us before ordering.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to break, scrape, or overload the site or its APIs
• Resell our products commercially without prior written approval
• Impersonate someone else when placing an order

All text, photography, illustrations, logos, and recipe content on this site belong to Being Foodies or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may share our recipes and articles with attribution and a link back; please don't reproduce product photography for commercial use without permission.

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can't be combined, and may be revoked if used in bad faith. Subscription and gift card terms are listed on the relevant product pages.

We work hard to ensure quality, but Being Foodies isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use, recipes, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be limited under Indian law (e.g. wilful negligence).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date below will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
