Clear timelines, fair refunds, and a promise to make it right if something goes wrong. Here is how we handle orders from checkout to your doorstep.

What you can expect from every parcel
Free delivery on ₹999+
Flat ₹49 below that. Bulky orders (5 kg+) may carry an extra handling fee.
Dispatch in 48 hours
Orders placed before 2 pm (Mon–Sat) are packed and shipped within two business days.

Tracking link arrives over email and SMS the moment your parcel leaves our pantry.
Damage-free promise
If a bottle arrives broken or a pouch is torn, we replace it free — photo within 48 hours.

Where we ship
Being Foodies ships across India — every state and union territory. International shipping is on our 2026 roadmap and isn't available yet.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities — 2–4 business days from dispatch
- Tier-2 cities — 3–5 business days from dispatch
- Remote pin codes — 5–8 business days from dispatch
Dispatch happens within 48 hours of you placing the order (Mon–Sat, excluding national holidays).
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders ₹999 and above
- Flat ₹49 for orders below ₹999
- Orders heavier than 5 kg may carry a small handling fee, which we'll confirm by email before processing
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS within a few minutes of dispatch. You can also follow your order from the Orders page on this site.
If your parcel arrives damaged
Even with our padding, accidents happen in transit. If a bottle is broken or a pouch torn:
- Take photos of the parcel and the damaged item
- Email hello@beingfoodies.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll ship a replacement free, or refund your money — your call
Returns on food items
For food safety, we can't accept returns on opened food products. If a sealed item arrives looking off (smell, colour, or obvious quality issue), reach us within 48 hours and we'll replace it or issue store credit.
Non-food items (gift hampers, accessories) can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Refund timelines
Once a refund is approved, the amount is reversed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds usually land faster — often within 48 hours.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email within 6 hours of placing the order for the best shot at a clean cancellation. Once a parcel is in transit, we can't recall it.
