Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, tap Add to cart on the products you want, then head to your cart to review and checkout. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as the order is placed.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as the order hasn't been packed and dispatched. Reach us within 6 hours of ordering on WhatsApp or email and we'll do our best to amend or cancel it.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently ship pan-India only. International shipping is on our roadmap for 2026.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major Indian credit/debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery for orders below ₹2,500.
Shipping & delivery
How quickly do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm IST are packed and dispatched within 48 hours (Mon–Sat). You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your parcel leaves our pantry.
What does delivery cost?
Flat ₹49 for orders below ₹999. Free delivery on all orders ₹999 and above. Bulky orders (5 kg+) may carry an additional handling fee that we'll confirm before shipping.
Is the packaging safe for travel?
Yes — spices ship in heat-sealed pouches inside corrugated boxes; oils ship in light-safe bottles padded with shredded recycled paper.
Freshness & quality
How do you keep spices aromatic?
We grind in small batches (typically once a week) and pack into resealable, foil-laminated pouches the same day. That keeps essential oils intact for months, not weeks.
What's the shelf life?
Whole spices: 18 months. Ground masalas: 9 months. Pickles & murabba: 12 months refrigerated after opening (unopened as dated). Cold-pressed oils: 6 months. Seeds: 9 months. Each pack carries a packed-on date.
Are your products organic?
Many items are certified organic; some are sourced from small farms that grow chemical-free without paying for certification. Each product page lists the exact sourcing detail.
Returns & refunds
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll either reship the item or refund the amount — your call. Read the full policy on our Shipping & returns page.
Can I return a food product I didn't like?
For food safety reasons we can't accept returns on opened food items, but we'll happily issue store credit if a product genuinely doesn't meet our quality bar.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days.
